Shipping Information

All product pricing include standard shipping costs - within mainland UK. Additional shipping fees will apply for goods shipped to Northern Ireland, Scotland and the Channel Islands - for these regions, and any others outside mainland UK, please contact us before placing an order for accurate pricing. 

  • All in-stock orders placed online prior to 14:00 GMT will be processed and shipped within 24hrs, with an expected delivery time of 1-2 days (UK Mainland).

  • All goods are shipped directly from our warehouse in West Sussex.

  • All orders are double bagged and box-shipped to ensure a secure arrival.

RUSH PROCESSING

Rush orders can be taken and processed for an additional fee, providing the following -

  • Rush processing automatically includes a shipping upgrade.

  • Additional shipping cost associated with the rush processing are paid, as part of the ordering process.

  • The order is placed before 12:00 GMT.

  • The order is in stock, quantity and size.

  • The order is processed via a bank transfer or PayPal.

  • If paying by PayPal, the shipping address is a confirmed PayPal shipping address. No alternative "Ship To" addresses will be accepted.

  • The order transaction has been completed (authorised and confirmed) before 14:00 GMT.

Returns & Exchanges

To request an exchange or return, please contact us on orders@earlscustompaint.co.uk and we'll assist you in your request. Please make sure to have your invoice number and receipt handy for reference.

Please make sure to review the following Return Policy and Instructions for returns or exchanges.

  • All custom flake orders are 'final sale' and non-refundable. Please take care when ordering and attempting colour matching. The best way to confirm a colour match is to purchase a small quantity and test.

  • All abrasives and 'soft packaged' goods are 'final sale' and non-refundable. Please take care when ordering and pay particular attention to product descriptions and usage guidelines. If you have any questions regarding a product, its details and/or usage, please contact us on info@earlscustompaint.co.uk.

  • Tools and accessories (non-soft), in their original packaging and un-used, may be returned within 30 days of receipt and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee (excluding special order items).

  • Any and all special order items are 'final sale' and non-refundable.

  • Refunds will not be processed without a sales receipt or invoice.

  • Goods are non-returnable after 30 days of the purchase date (date documented on sales invoice).

  • Any claim of damage or incorrect item(s) being sent/received, require digital photo confirmation. The item(s) must be in its original packaging, the label clearly visible and the invoice shown along side the item(s).

  • Please allow 14 days (from shipment date) for us to receive and process any exchanges or returns.
